Sorry for the long wait, had some mental problems and lack of motivation, but here we are!

• Fixed a bug within one of the questions.
• Lowered how much happiness you lose to saying no to building the park from 10 to 2.
• Lowered how much happiness you lose to saying yes to building a park while having insufficient funds from 10 to 4.
• Made it so gold count cannot go into negative values.
• New question.
• Reworded a question.
